Cindy Donohue Greer, Owner
Cindy grew up in Sioux City, Iowa. She graduated from Iowa State University in 1981 with a degree in Industrial Administration, majoring in Accounting and Marketing. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982 and a Certified Management Accountant since 1991. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Medical Billers Association and the Medical Association of Billers. She has 23 years experience in the medical billing field. She has owned MCS for the past four years. She is married with three sons and is an active foster parent. Cindy enjoys playing golf, tennis, skiing and daily workouts.

Jeannett Trojahn, Office Manager
Jeannett grew up in Spencer, Iowa and currently lives in Everly, Iowa. She has been in the medical field for the past eleven years, the last five years with MCS. She is a member of the American Medical Billing Association and Medical Association of Billers. She is married with two daughters. She is currently the Mayor Pro-tem for the City of Everly and has been a council member for thirteen years. Jeannett is a member of the local Athletic Booster Club.

Leah Swanson
Leah Swanson grew up near the small town of Alpha, Minnesota. She graduated from Luther College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. While in college she was a member of Alpha Mu Gamma, a foreign language honorary society. Leah has been with MCS for four years working in various positions. She is currently a member of the American Medical Billing Association and the Medical Association of Billers. Leah also serves as the company's Notary Public. Leah and Matt have two young sons.

Chavon Parks
Chavon grew up in Spencer, Iowa. She attended Iowa Lakes Community College and received two degrees, an Associate in Art and an Associate in Science. She also participated in Emergency Technical Services through Iowa Lakes and is currently working towards an online degree in medical billing and coding. She has worked in the medical field for the past eight years. At MCS, Chavon concentrates on data entry and denial management. She has two children and two cocker spaniels. Chavon and her family belong to DaySpring Church and assist with the ministries.

Natalie Rubel
Natalie grew up in Emmetsburg, Iowa and currently lives in Spencer, Iowa. She graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College in Emmetsburg with an Associate in Art degree. She is the Patient liaison for MCS and has been with the company for six months. Natalie enjoys following the St Louis Cardinals and Iowa Hawkeyes.

Dee Cooke
Dee grew up in Spencer, Iowa. She graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College with an Associate of Science degree in Medical Secretary. At MCS, Dee concentrates on data entry and denial management. She is married and has two children. Dee enjoys making cards, baking and scrapbooking.
